We ship all orders USPS First Class, with COVID restrictions please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing. 

Returns and exchanges, we can not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase or items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All of our products are made to order, we will not accept returns or exchanges based on size, double check the sizing. Just a note, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping on any items.

Cancellations, we understand that sometimes an order will need to be cancelled. If you, for what ever reason need to cancel your order, please do so with 24 hours of the time you placed your order.

Refunds, will only be issued where there is an obvious defect in the product. 

In the unlikely event that a product is defective, just email us at customerservice@bustedbonestees.com, be sure to include your name, order number, and some picture of the defect and I will personally get a replacement sent to you.
